Starting on Tuesday, Jan. 2nd, Girl Scouts are collecting gently used and new children’s books for Read to Grow. Donated books from the public will be collected from Jan. 2nd through Feb. 3rd.
The four specific locations in Connecticut for anyone to drop off books are the Girl Scout Service Centers in Hartford, North Haven, Waterbury and Wilton. The service centers are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm. When planning any drop-offs, please call ahead to make sure someone will be there to accept your gifts.
