The Sixth Annual Fair Haven Family Stroll & Festival on Saturday, April 30, will be held at the Quinnipiac River Park in Fair Haven.
Families and members of the extended New Haven community are invited to participate in a stroll around the river beginning at 10:30 a.m., followed by a festival in the park from 11a.m. until 2 p.m. (The rain date will be May 14.)
This annual family event aims to educate the New Haven community on the benefits of high-quality early childhood education and create a space for family fun.
The day’s events include live entertainment, door prizes, an information fair, food vendors, and family-friendly activities including parachute play, face-painting, arts and crafts, and games.
The Friends Center for Children and Elm City Montessori School are hosting the event.
