We’re Hiring: Program Director
Read to Grow is excited to welcome a new Program Director to our team!
The Program Director will help lead our statewide early literacy programs, support a caring and dedicated program team, and strengthen the partnerships that help us get books into the hands of children and families across Connecticut.
This role oversees the day-to-day operations of our Books for Babies, Books for Kids, and Bookmobile programs; supervises program staff; supports partnerships; and helps ensure our work remains thoughtful, effective, and responsive to the communities we serve.
We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and organized leader who believes in the power of books, values strong relationships, and is comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
