Important Information Before Submitting a Book Request

Thank you for your interest in Read to Grow’s book donation program. Please read the following information carefully before completing your request.

This form is intended for Connecticut-based programs that serve children and families—such as early childhood centers, schools, health care providers, home-based child care, and nonprofit, community, and faith-based organizations. If you are requesting books for an individual family, please use our Family Book Request Form instead.

Book Request Guidelines

Please submit your request at least 4–6 weeks in advance to allow time for processing and fulfillment.

If books are needed sooner, you may still complete this form and then call us at 203.488.6800 to speak with a Books for Kids coordinator.

Books are available for pickup at no cost from our Branford office. If you would prefer delivery within Connecticut, we offer it for a $15 fee.

We do not ship books out of state.
